Excellent experience there. Pleasant hotel, very very helpful staff, magnificent location in a fantastic area. The rooms warm, new-fashioned with all the facilities, bedroom attached, for example. Easy check-in, parking nearby. Everything good.

The place was clean and staff were efficient, I thoroughly enjoyed good and excellent location. The room was new-fashioned and spotless with a balcony, I had a good rest. I've had a fairly nice stay on my one vacation.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a beautiful area that was convenient to all the hotspots. The room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was delicious and filling. I also appreciated the amenities, such as the mini bar that was stocked. One downside was that there weren't many communal facilities available for guests. However, overall, my stay was pleasant and I would recommend the hotel for its great location and comfortable accommodations.

Location: the hotel was close enough to both the beaches. The breakfast was always satisfactory, really enjoyed it.

Everything was nice, incredible location right by restaurants and shopping areas, restaurants and all major attractions including the train and bus station, efficient staff. The twin room was fashionable, had a mini bar fridge, air conditioner, and a personal safe.

The staff are very very helpful and excellent, managed the parking nearby. Brand-new beautifully designed rooms, they are provided with all the facilities as well as the extra bed.

We had a short stay at Hotel Arrizul and were pleasantly surprised by the modern and new facilities. The location between the old town and train station was very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. We appreciated the small perks like the complimentary cava and juice on check-in, as well as the free coffee and non-alcoholic drinks available throughout our stay. The room was comfortable, with a big window that opened onto a quiet street. The bathroom was clean and modern, with a spacious shower cubicle and provided toiletries. a lovely stay with nice extras that made the hotel stand out.

Would recommend this hotel.

The location in a busy area was marvellous and there where a supermarket and shops nearby. In the evening we visited Topa Sukalderia, set not too far from the hotel.

The room was tidy and complete with the extra bed, all the facilities and a balcony. The service was amazing, including an easy check-in.

The location of this venue is amazing, and the staff are excellent; The coffee bar is also available, and the service is fantastic. The establishment is worth its 4-star rating.

Tbh, had an excellent stay on our one vacation. Its location was marvellous, just 5 minutes walk from a popular city beach.

We found everything brand-new, would recomand it to others. We had a comfortable stay, the hotel was stylish, fairly clean, with fantastic location close to all the main sights.
